Nourish ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Caabsu. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Nourish mobile application ("App").

By using Nourish, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Information you provide directly:

• Name (optional, entered in Settings)
• Email address (optional, used for account backup)
• Age bracket (optional, selected in Settings)
• Daily check-in data: your self-reported body, mind, and rest ratings (good, okay, or low) recorded each day
• Journal entries: text you write in the journal and AI chat features
• Notification preferences: your chosen reminder time and toggle settings

Information collected automatically:

• Account identifiers (a unique user ID generated at sign-up)
• Device push notification token (if you enable notifications)
• Subscription status and transaction data (managed by Apple and RevenueCat)

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, browsing history, or device advertising identifiers. We do not use any tracking or analytics SDKs.
