These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nourish mobile application ("App") operated by Caabsu ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Nourish, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Nourish is a daily wellness check-in application that allows you to track how your body, mind, and rest feel each day. The App provides AI-generated reflections, journal conversations, weekly pattern analysis, monthly letters, and guided breathing exercises.

Nourish is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

1. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nourish. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

1. Subscription and Payment

Nourish Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription at $9.99 per month.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of $9.99 per month.
• Subscriptions may be managed by you, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to Nourish Premium.
• Price may vary by location and is subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly, as all payments are processed by Apple.
